I run mine through a dehydrator with the rest of my hot peppers (reapers, habanero, cayenne, etc) and grind them into dust. I put it in little jars (a little jar lasts a year, even for avid chefs) and give them out to friends, family, coworkers and neighbors during the holidays.
Send them here! Great job, I’m jealous. I agree with hot sauce but I bet these would be bangin to spice up a hummus as well.

10 or so of those 10 or so habaneros 1.5 onion 5-7 cloves of garlic Juice of one lime Cup and a half of apple cider vinegar Half cup sugar Half cup water
Adjust as needed just slow boil simmer it and then blend it
